Mick
is the Company Chairman and started the company in 1969.
He is a time served bricklayer and has always been ‘hands
on’. Mick has the overall responsibility for the
day to day running of the company and it’s associated
businesses. Mick has four sons all who have various
responsibilities within the company. MR Builder Ltd
prides itself on quality homes and insists on the utmost
care throughout the construction phases, through to
the sales, and after sales giving you that genuine ‘feel’
from a family owned and run company. |

| Dean
Ralph |

Dean
is the Managing Director and has overall responsibility
for the running of house building sites and contracts.
He is also responsible for house sales and aftercare.
Dean is a time served joiner and started working for
the family business in 1982, since leaving school. Dean
lives in the nearby village of Burstwick, (in one of
his own houses!), and is married with four children.
Dean is a keen amateur rugby league player and has represented
his country internationally, playing the amateur game
at its highest level. |

Taylor |

John
is the company quantity surveyor and estimator. He joined
the company in 1988, and mainly works on the contracts
side of the company. John is married and lives in one
of the local Holderness villages. |

A
50 year-old father of 2 living with his partner in Sunk
Island, Ian is MR Builder's Sales & Works Co-ordinator
and has worked with the company for since 2003.
He handles all aspects of new house sales from the first
customer visit to discussing specifications, to the
hand over day and on to aftersales. I assist with estimating
and ordering of building materials for the new houses
and external contract building work.
Provide drawings, specifications to suppliers, contractors
and companies to obtain quotations. Arrange for all
site services to be installed.
Assist the Managing Director to co-ordinate the schedules
for the building of the new houses and external contract
work. Ian also carries out many other small tasks to
numerous to mention. |

| Sarah
Marshall |
|
Sarah
has worked for the Company for since 1989, starting
as a school leaver. She is responsible for the purchasing and sales accounting for Ralph's Building Supplies. Sarah lives in the local historic
town of Hedon and likes sport and socialising. |

| Pete |
|
Pete
joined the company from school, starting as apprentice
bricklayer and after serving his time, has through hard
work and a special ability been promoted to Site Manager.
Pete is experienced in a wide range of most general
building practices and is only too willing to help others
in need. Pete lives in the nearby city of Hull with
his wife and children. |

Tennison |

Lauraine
joined the team at MR Builder in 2004 to assist the
Sales Coordinator and to help with the Ralph Building
supplies administration. She lives in Burton Pidsea
with her two daughters and enjoys walking out in the
countryside. |
