Mick Ralph Mick is the Company Chairman and started the company in 1969. He is a time served bricklayer and has always been ‘hands on’. Mick has the overall responsibility for the day to day running of the company and it’s associated businesses. Mick along with his son Gary has overall responsibility within the company. MR Builder Ltd prides itself on quality homes and insists on the utmost care throughout the construction phases, through to the sales, and after sales giving you that genuine ‘feel’ from a family owned and run company. |

Kristian Ralph Kristian is the 3rd generation of the family business and is the Manager of Ryehill Building Supplies Ltd. An independent Builders Merchant based at our Head Office site, Manor House Ryehill. Kristian enjoys watching his son Jacob playing football for the local Hedon Rangers team on a weekend and walks with his partner Kay and their German Shepherd, Mylo. |

Diane Ralph Diane handles the accounts at Ryehill Building Supplies, she has two grown up children Kristian & Lauren. She enjoys working closely with Kristian, who's the Building Supplies Manager. Diane likes spending time with her friends, going to the Gym and travelling when time allows. |

Gary Ralph Gary is the Company Director and along with his father Mick, manages the day to day running of the business and building projects. He is also a time served bricklayer and recipient of the Brick Development Associations 'Silver Trowel Award'. Gary is a keen horseman and competed regularly before turning his attention to horse breeding. His favourite mare is expecting her first foal in 2024, so exciting times ahead. |

Lauraine Tennison Lauraine joined the team at MR Builder in 2004 to assist the Sales Coordinator and to help with the Ralph Building supplies administration. She lives in Burton Pidsea with her two daughters and enjoys walking out in the countryside. |
